The project design is to achieve a commercial structure that conveys a ‘landmark’ feature upon the city in a region of Kiev which is under development.

It has been rigged out in a outer metal ‘mesh’ covering which gives the structure the aura and function of a shopping and fashion center.

The night facade perception is intended to attract  attention as it is enriched with various color and visual effects with LED lights designed with the mesh covering system.

The surrounding landscaping was designed dynamically with the building’s geometry whereas a space at the corner lot that opens out to be an outdoor public area of the town.
